Batwing was the identity taken on by two agents of Batman Incorporated. The original Batwing, David Zavimbe operated in African nations and was vital to exposing Leviathan in Mtamba. After his retirement, the role was taken over by Luke Fox. Whilst Fox did travel internationally for certain adventures, he was a much more local hero than Zavimbe, operating in Gotham City.
