Belle Reve Penitentiary

Belle Reve Penitentiary was a prison and sanatorium run by Amanda Waller. Housing dangerous supervillain criminals, Belle Reve was where villains who not dangerous enough to be locked in the Carnival and those not deemed insane went. However, it also had housing capacity for extraterrestrials, as witnessed by their imprisonment of Despero. It was known for being the picking ground for Task Force X.
