Dr. Yamazake was the supervillain known as Dr. Polaris. Obsessed with building a transporter, Yamazake's continual disappointment with the superhero populace was what led him to tyranny. His belief that he could achieve teleportation through polarization was what hed to him becoming the villain he did become.
