Victor Stone was a member of the Justice League, operating under the name of Cyborg.
Biography[]
A football prodigy, Victor and his father's conflicting views on sports and superheroes led to an est
ranged relationship between the two. Eventually, the Parademon Invasion of Earth took it's toll on S.T.A.R. Labs, gravely injuring Victor in the process. However his father relented and took Victor the Red Room, where he ordered Thomas Morrow to graft Promethium onto Victor, making him a Cyborg. As Victor rampaged against the Parademons on Earth, he met up with Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, the Flash and Aquaman. After helping repel the invasion, the seven became known as the Justice League. The League later inducted the Martian Manhunter into their ranks, but he quickly betrayed them, forcing them to kick him out. The League also defeated Starro the Conquerer during this time. Victor greatly distanced himself from his father, meeting with him only when he needed a cybernetic upgrade.
Victor's connection to the Parademon Boom Tube caused him to malfunction twice and twice send the League to Apokolips before he could reboot. Victor later got rid of his lung, his last human organ to travel to Atlantis and help stop Orm. When the League inducted new members, Cyborg discovered that the Watchtower had been hacked. Later, as Trinity War started, Cyborg followed a group led by Superman to discover the truth behind Arthur Light. As the search for Pandora's Box evolved into one for Madame Xanadu came to a close, Cyborg discovered that Atom had hacked into him to get to the Watchtower files. Then, Atom activated Grid, a sentient computer virus that made Cyborg catatonic, as it removed all of his cybernetic parts to create it's own robotic body.
Being stabilized by Batman and brought to his father at S.T.A.R. Labs, Victor awoke and argued with his father; while Victor demanded he be turned back into Cyborg, his father refused to put his son in danger again. Eventually being aided by Thomas Morrow once more, Victor managed to convince his father. Again under direction from Silas, Thomas fitted Victor into a sleeker cybernetic body. Victor then left to approach Will Magnus and gain the assistance of the Metal Men, despite the warnings of Morrow. After defeating Grid, Cyborg helped Batman and Lex Luthor defeat the rest of the Crime Syndicate and free the Justice Leagues.
Powers & Abilities[]
Powers[]
- Superior Transcendent Cosmological Machine / Techno-Organic Transhuman Physiology
- Cybernetic Enhancement: Cyborg possesses cybernetic enhancements that provide superhuman strength, endurance and durability. Cyborg can also interface with computers. Built into his body-armor are an infrared eye, computer generator, sound amplifier/white noise cannon, and special programming adapters that allowed him to interface with other body extensions.
- The Grid: Vic, alongside Batman, created a program to prevent himself from being distracted while on duty, because he is constantly bombarded with endless influx data streaming into his system. The program selectively focuses on high-priority items and filters out other received data. This app helps him to create a complete database of every metahuman/superhuman on Earth.
- Superhuman Strength: Vic's cybernetics afford him greater strength than the average human and in some cases few extraterrestrials. Initially able to bench 5 tons at his peak, constant upgrades to his system has caused it to fluctuate over time. His latest upgrades allow him to take down the likes of Mammoth with his blows and keep a collapsing building from falling down.
- Superhuman Stamina
- Superhuman Durability: His bones are reinforced with molybdenum-steel while his outer body is laden with Promethium skin grafts.
- Energy Resistance
- Durability Bypassing
- Superhuman Speed: Thanks to his cybernetics Victor can move faster than the fittest human and his computer calculated that he could run from the outskirts of Detroit to S.T.A.R. Labs in six minutes and 32 seconds.
- Jump Jets: At his request Dr. Silas Stone installed Jump Jets so that wouldn't be so dependent of Boom Tubes. Apparently the Jump Jets provides the ability to super-jump over large distances.

- Fatherbox: During his transition into a Cyborg, Victor had assimilated a fatherbox from Darkseid's invading forces.
- Boom Tubes: Cyborg has the ability to open boom-tubes to and from most any point towards anywhere, be it in the universe or the multiverse, but it isn't perfect however due to the amount of mass weighing heavily upon transport capability; for every one in a thousand jumps can accidentally lead him straight to Apokolips.
- Hush Tubes: After having tinkered with his internal workings, Victor has found a way to promenade undetectable transport. Its effects are such that not even Superman can detect them.
- Technorganic Restoration: Cyborg showcases self-regenerative capabilities as not only are his technological parts able to reintegrate after destruction but recently, his damaged flesh has also been shown regenerating beneath and around his cybernetic systems.
- Resurrection: Once, after an encounter with a deadly alien race, Cyborg's body was viciously ripped apart with him left for dead and dying soon afterwards. Then a new systems function kicked in, restoring him to life again and even reintegrating old flesh with the new circuitry on his being.
- Force Field: He can use the motherbox or fatherbox to create a protective shield around him.
- Solar Energy Absorption: During a fight against Livewire Cyborg has displayed the ability to recharge himself with solar energy after being drained of power.
- Body Resistance: The nature of Cyborg's body provides him with natural body armor offering resistance versus energy attacks.
- Adaptive Countermeasures: Cyborg's systems are capable of fabricating and initializing any number of technological adaptations to deal with any adversary he comes across. E.I. creating synthetic kryptonite for Kryptonians, absorbing and redistributing energy for a phasing Martian. Even creating an anti-possession frequency against an overshadowed opponent, like Jericho.
- Material Assimilation: Cyborg can consciously integrate new forms of machines and cybernetics into his own bionic physiology in order to further enhance himself.
- Nanobionic Regeneration: Stone's robotics give him the ability to physically recover his damaged circuitry in the event of catastrophic structural impairment.
