In the End Future and the Eye Future, the Global Peace Agency was an organization that took over the relief efforts of the Earth 2 refugees after the Earth 2 War. Maintaining a stance that all Earth 2 refugees carry a card of their Multiversal origin, the GPA also had a secret alliance with Project Cadmus. The GPA aided Project Cadmus in hunting down and finding the metahuman populace of Earth 2 in order to place them in containment at Cadmus Island. After the erasure of these futures, the GPA was still formed, but on a different basis.
