The Murder Machine was a machine created by S.T.A.R. Labs in order to detain the monster Doomsday in case it were ever to return. Once activated, it could only be shut if the recipients heartbeat were to end. If the recipient did not die, a gigantic nuclear would be set off. Richard Grayson was the ony person known to ever have been placed in the machine.
