Nora Boxer was amember of the Resistance against Brother Eye.
Biography[]
A member of the Global Peace Agency, Nora met Matt McGinnis during the beginning of the second phase of the Eye War. Taking Matt in, the only person she gave custody of him over to was his elder brother, Terry McGinnis, the Batman. Eventually, after Terry disapepared, Nora led a squadron against Brother Eye in the Second Skirmish at New York City. There she met Tim Drake, Terry's replacement as Batman. Returning with Matt to Neo Gotham, Nora later met Tim again and informed him of the Lodge.
