The Paragon Protocol, also known as Paragon, was an organic being designed to take down the Gardener of the God Garden. Containing the powers of the heroes of the Justice League, Paragon was destroyed by the Midnighter. It was later reconstructed by Mr. Minos, but once again defeated, this time by Agent 37. After it's initial destruction, the Paragon Organs were donated to several beings across the globe. All were recovered by Spyral except for the Paragon Heart.
